For 25 years I've done this for Rihanna, Christy Turlington Burns, Ken Frazier, Kenneth Chenault, Ginni Rometty, Jacqueline Novograza, and Jochen Zeitz.

Most of the time I'm starting with nothing: no team, no brand, no audience, no playbook. That's not a problem. That's the work I'm made for.

My practice moves freely between corporate, nonprofit, and social impact. The sector is secondary. The mission isn't.
